Doug rejoined NiSoft as a major investor and CEO in 2008, after working for the company earlier in the decade. He has extensive international sales and business development experience having held sales and management positions with The Indus Group (presently Ventyx, a part of ABB), PwC’s utility/energy practice and Itron. He earned B.A. degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and an MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. Prior to being appointed VP of Operations, held positions of management in overall Production, Software Engineering and Client Services. Linda’s vast knowledge of safety rules and procedures provides the ideal background for her current role of VP of Operations where she directs both Software Development and Client Services teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all eclipse projects worldwide. Linda’s responsibility takes her to far flung corners of the globe ensuring customer success, but she still manages to find time to run and take in some of the world’s most beautiful cities in her down time.

As VP of Corporate Systems, Chris is responsible for managing all internal control systems including Human Resources, Information Systems and office facilities for NiSoft. Before joining us in August 2000, Chris was the manager of Information Systems at IMR (Global). While there he was responsible for creation, implementation and on-going management of the information systems capable of sustaining a workforce of 300 employees. Chris graduated from Exeter University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He is recognised as a Chartered IT Professional within the British Computer Society. Keen on golf and gardening, Chris can be found in the great outdoors most of the year enjoying the Irish weather.

Simon joined NiSoft in 2013 after spending 15 years in Asia as a supplier to Oil and Gas, Power Generation and Petrochemical industries. His experience both in the on and offshore environment in 5 continents has brought both a great depth of experience and vision to NiSoft as we launched our e3 product in Asia and EMEA in 2013. Simon’s previous experience goes back over 25 years in using and understanding safety and engineering systems in the UK power industry which is a great asset to NiSoft and our customer engagements. Andy has been with NiSoft since 2000, starting life as a client services engineer in the Singapore office with clients across the Asia Pacific region. He then went on to become involved with Business Development across Europe before taking the role of VP Sales for the EMEA region. After a brief spell in the Internal Communications industry, Andy re-joined NiSoft in 2018 to take up a regional VP role alongside Simon in the EMEA region. Kevin has 40 years of experience in engineering purchasing and sales roles, from engineering buyer for a leading brewery in England, to capital equipment procurement for British Rail based in Derby HQ. After graduating from the University of Derby, Kevin ventured to the Far East (Hong Kong) where the ‘gamekeeper turned poacher’ and Kevin emerged as the Regional Sales Manager, for an International Engineering Co, where his purchasing skills were put to good use on the other side of the fence in negotiating contracts with Oil & Gas, Utilities, Petrochemical and Construction industries throughout Asia. Kevin enjoys many sports, his rugby boots followed him to Asia and when they were retired (many years ago) they were replaced with golf shoes and swimming shorts, perhaps a reference to how many (golf) balls he puts in the water.

Leigh began life as an Analyst Programmer at NiSoft, progressing to lead the R&D team, Software Team, Software Configuration Team and now heads up all Quality Assurance for our customers and internal departments. Patrick joined NiSoft in July 2019 bringing additional leadership and industry experience to the direction of product strategy and management. A native of France, Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science from the École Polytechnique de l’Université de Lorraine before immigrating to the United States and earning a Master’s degree from the University of Maryland. He began his career with Bechtel Power Corporation, an engineering and construction firm and later co-founded Tech-Assist, a successful software company serving the nuclear industry. Following his company’s acquisition, Patrick maintained a leadership role addressing software requirements of nuclear and other asset intensive industries. He is the father of three and proud grandfather of five (and counting!). Patrick lives in Washington, D.C.

Phil has assumed increasing responsibility for the technical direction of the company’s products and now leads all software development including configuration for new products as well as for customer-specific projects. Phil has a HNC in Software Engineering from Belfast Metropolitan College. When he is not directing software activities at NiSoft, Phil may be found remodeling homes, building networks or spending time with family on Northern Ireland’s spectacular North Down Coast.
